Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once your order enters the fulfilment stage, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@forever-official.com with your order number.

To request a cancellation:

• Email us at support@forever-official.com;
• Include your order number and the subject line: “Order Cancellation – [Order #]”;
• Our team will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may return the item after delivery under our Refund Policy.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. In such cases, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued.
