6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Forever Official is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend checking with neighbours and your local post office first.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Forever Official is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
