Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Forever Official, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a request.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached;
  • Free from stains, odours, or signs of use;
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale;
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate items for hygiene reasons;
  • Gift cards;
  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time and product availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@forever-official.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again;
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before the refund is officially posted;
  • Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
