Above the plate FF Turbo foam provides a lightweight and highly responsive feel, while below lightweight FF Blast Plus is used to help keep up your speed.ASICSGRIP in the outsole provides grip on a variety of surfaces, wet or dry, without sacrificing durability. An extra mud-shedding layer built in improves traction and reduces weight with each stride.
